Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At VYBYN, every product is made with care and quality checks. However, in rare cases of damage or issues, we’ve got you covered.


🔁 Returns & Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for defective or damaged items.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required


📦 Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • You must raise a request within 7 days of delivery

  • Share the following on email:

    • Unboxing video (mandatory)

    • Clear images of the product

    • Images of packaging

Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process the claim.

If approved:

  • Replacement or refund will be initiated

  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days


🎥 Important: Unboxing Video

  • The unboxing video must be recorded from the start (sealed package)

  • Claims without proper proof may be rejected

  • If damage is caused while opening the package (cutting with sharp objects), it will not be eligible unless proven otherwise


📏 Size & Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection

  • Please refer to the size chart before ordering

If you still wish to exchange:

  • A new order must be placed at your own cost


🚚 Lost Shipments

If your order is marked lost in transit by the courier:

  • A full refund will be issued after confirmation


🎨 Color Disclaimer (DTG Printing)

Due to the nature of DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing:

  • Slight color variations may occur

  • Colors may differ from screen to actual product

This is not considered a defect.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized / made-to-order products

  • Gift cards


📦 Return Process

To initiate a return:

Include:

  • Order ID

  • Issue details

  • Required images/videos

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


💰 Refunds

Once your return is:

  • Received

  • Inspected

  • Approved

👉 Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Bank processing times may vary.

This policy is aligned with:

  • Indian Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020

  • Standard eCommerce practices in India

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns not meeting policy conditions

  • Verify claims before approval

  1. Size discrepancies must be supported with measurement proof

  2. Report any visible package damage at delivery while signing

  3. Improper handling by customer voids eligibility
